"MEMORABLE AND AMAZING DAY"

We honestly couldn't have had a more memorable and amazing day.  From the first day we met you and your staff when we were beginning to plan our wedding, to the big day itself, we were overwhelmed by the fantastic customer service you gave us with helping making our day so special and individual to us.  You have such wonderful staff who were happy to meet any request we had, and a special mention to our host/master of ceremonies on our big day, as she helped make the day go so smoothly and helped settle our nerves too!
 
The venue itself is just stunning, the interior and exterior decorations etc are beautiful, and many of our guests commented how stunning the venue was and also mentioned how it is such an easy flow from room to room on our wedding day, as well as the garden outside looking glorious in the sunshine!  The food also was a massive hit with the guests, especially the cider and onion soup which was the nicest soup we have ever had, and the chicken was cooked perfectly, so many guests said how it was the nicest food they have ever had at a wedding and how the venue was one of the most stunning they have ever seen!  The canapés as well were fantastic, once again everyone loved them!  The bedrooms also were superb, the honeymoon suite was out of this world!
 
You asked in the letter if there was anything you could improve on or done differently for our wedding, but the truth is Colin that there is absolutely nothing I would change on the build up to our wedding day and on our wedding day, as everything was absolutely perfect!  My advice is just keep doing what your doing as everything is honestly absolute perfection!

"COMFORTABLE IN HANDING OVER CONTROL OF OUR BIG DAY"

We both want to thank you all so much for the professional manner and attention to detail you all put into our wedding. From the beginning we felt comfortable in handing over control of our big day and you certainly didn’t let us down! Every bit of our day ran smoothly and without a hitch. The food was delicious. Waiters were fantastic and management clearly on top of everything - not to mention the gorgeous rooms. Thank you all once again for helping to make our day fantastic.

"BEST DAY EVER"

We had the best day ever and I cannot believe how smoothly everything went. In both the lead up to the wedding and on the day the service we received was absolutely first class and we could not have asked for anything more (well maybe time to have slowed down to savour every moment for longer!).

Every little extra added touch that you provided just blew us away. The staff really couldn't have been nicer - keeping us some chocolate covered strawberries and plates of buffet behind reception was just a few of the thoughtful touches that blew us away. Everyone really ensured that both us and our guests were well looked after. We cannot wait to come for afternoon tea! Another special added touch! I honestly have never heard of any venue taking such good care of their couples.

“THE MOST AMAZING WEDDING DAY EVER"

Both myself and Stuart would love to take this opportunity to say thank you for giving us the most amazing wedding day ever. Not only did it run so smoothly and professional but also it was so personal and warm at the same time. Everyone went that extra mile especially Lynne and Julie who were the coordinators on the day. We loved the French Martinis and thank you to Lynne for ensuring that my flower girls mum got her flower on her jacket she mentioned you had so many different pins. Everyone spoke of how fantastic the food,the music and the whole day were.

If we could change anything was that we could have slowed the day down to see it all. You really did give us the day of your lives and we cannot wait to visit you on a regular occasion.
